Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and                                
42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature concerning                               
House Bill No. 528, relating to certificates of need.                          
                                                                               
was read the first time.                                                       
                                                                               
Zero fiscal note published today from the Rules Committee.                     
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                  
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 37 be taken up.  Without                             
objection, the resolution was read the second time and was before              
the Senate on final passage.                                                   
                                                                               
President Pearce called the Senate.  The call was satisfied.                   
                                                                               
The question being: Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                         
NO. 27 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the
